CrockPot Macaroni & Cheese

The Ingredients
   * 1/2 box of uncooked macaroni
   * 4 cups of milk
   * 1 egg 
   * 4 cups shredded cheese
   * Salt & pepper to taste   
   * 1 tsp dried mustard

Spray crock with cooking spray. In bowl, whip egg and milk together. Stir in spices. Add cheese and noodles, stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 2-5 hours, or on high for 1-3 hours. The cooking time will vary depending on what size crockpot you are using, and how quickly it heats and cooks.


Tastes just like baked mac & cheese!


Crispy Fried Oatmeal Slices

   * 2 cups Quaker Oats
   * 3 1/2 cups Water


Cook 1 minute for quick oats, stirring occasionally. Cook 5 minutes or longer for old fashioned oats. Cover pan, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Pour into greased 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" loaf pan. Cool slightly. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut into 16 slices and pan-fry in small amount of butter until golden brown, about 10 minutes per side. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup.
